Syria’s state-owned General Corporation for Electricity Transmission and Distribution (GCED) has signed an agreement with the Syrian-Turkish Energy Company (STE) to build a 100MW Solar Power Plant in Kafr Behm, Hama governorate, approximately 210 km north of Damascus.
